Penny LaGreca is the founder and Principal Solicitor of Pentana Stanton Lawyers, leading the firm with extensive legal expertise and unwavering dedication to her clients. She is based in both the Melbourne CBD and Dandenong offices, where she oversees a wide range of legal matters with a focus on delivering practical, results-driven solutions.

A graduate of Monash University, Penny holds a Bachelor of Jurisprudence and a Bachelor of Law and was admitted early to the Supreme Court of Victoria. Her passion for continuous learning has driven her to complete a Master of Law, specialising in Family, Commercial, and Employment Law, as well as a Master of Wills and Estates Law. She is currently completing a Master of Family Law to deepen her expertise in this area.

Penny’s career spans both private practice and academia. For over a decade, she taught and tutored at Monash University, mentoring students and developing legal course materials. In private practice, Penny has worked across numerous areas, including Family Law, Wills and Estates, Employment Law, Negligence, Commercial and Contract Law, and Personal Injuries. This breadth of experience allows her to assist clients with a wide range of legal needs.
