About Us: Pentana Stanton Lawyers is a well-established law firm with offices in Melbourne and Dandenong. We are currently seeking outgoing and friendly Receptionists to join our team at both locations. As a front-of-house representative, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet clients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle incoming telephone calls, directing them to the appropriate individuals or departments.
• Schedule and manage appointments efficiently.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and email correspondence.
• Respond to Java chat inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Assist with office tasks such as scanning, printing, filing, and archiving.
• Coordinate bookings with relevant stakeholders.

• Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Quick thinker who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Patient and understanding demeanor, ensuring clients feel heard and valued.
• Professional appearance and presentation.
• Experience in customer service or reception roles (preferred).
• Proficient typing skills.

Working Hours: This is a full-time position with working hours from 8:45 A.M. to 5:30 P.M., Monday to Friday.
