Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle incoming telephone calls, directing them to the appropriate individuals or departments.
- Schedule and manage appointments efficiently.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and email correspondence.
- Respond to Java chat inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Assist with office tasks such as scanning, printing, filing, and archiving.
- Coordinate bookings with relevant stakeholders.

- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Quick thinker who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Working Hours: This is a full-time position with working hours from 8:45 A.M. to 5:30 P.M., Monday to Friday.
