Pentana Stanton Lawyers was established in 2014 by Penny LaGreca. The firm practises in two areas, commercial law and family law, from offices in the Melbourne CBD and Dandenong, and acts for clients across Victoria.
Our commercial practice, led by Jesse LaGreca, acts for business owners, directors and companies in commercial litigation, shareholder and partnership disputes, director duties, business sales and acquisitions, contract disputes and corporate insolvency.
Our family practice, led by Penny LaGreca, advises on separations involving businesses, trusts and significant assets, including property settlements, binding financial agreements, complex parenting matters and estate litigation.
Some matters involve both. When a separation involves a company, a trust or a family business, having commercial and family lawyers in the same firm means the business questions and the family law questions are advised on together.
