Penny LaGreca
Partner | Principal Solicitor
Penny LaGreca is the founder and Principal Solicitor of Pentana Stanton Lawyers. She is based in both the Dandenong and Melbourne CBD offices and brings decades of legal experience to her clients. Penny specialises in Family Law, Wills and Estates, Employment Law, and Commercial Law.
She completed a Bachelor of Jurisprudence and a Bachelor of Law at Monash University and was admitted early to the Supreme Court of Victoria. Her passion for learning led her to earn a Master of Law and a Master of Wills and Estates Law. She is also completing a Master of Family Law.
Penny spent over a decade teaching law at Monash University, mentoring students and developing course materials. Her compassionate approach and practical solutions make her a trusted advisor for clients facing complex legal challenges.
Jesse LaGreca
Partner | Principal Solicitor
Jesse LaGreca is a Partner and Principal Solicitor at Pentana Stanton Lawyers. He holds law degrees from Monash University and a business degree from La Trobe University. Jesse is admitted as a solicitor to both the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia.
With a career spanning several areas of law, Jesse brings extensive experience in commercial law, contract law, negligence claims, employment law, building and construction disputes, criminal defence, and family law. His broad expertise allows him to provide well-rounded legal advice and representation.
